About oXya

oXya is an international company that offers managed cloud services and technical consulting for business-critical applications, including SAP. oXya provides high-quality, on-shore technical support and ensures the client’s business-critical systems are in good hands.

oXya has locations worldwide and employs more than 1000 IT experts. The oXya Benelux team - about 45 employees - services its customers remotely from its offices, which are located in Kortrijk and in Haasrode (Leuven).

Our Recruitment Process

  • Introduction call

    A brief conversation with HR or the Manager to align expectations.

  • Role-specific interview

    A deeper discussion with experts about your skills and experience.

  • Optional assessment

    You may complete a short personality or learning‑ability test.

  • Follow-up call

    We share feedback, answer your questions, and—if it’s a match—prepare an offer.

Good to know

  • FACT#1: Besides local team events, there’s also the annual oXya party where you can meet your international colleagues in an informal way.
  • FACT#2: The input of the employees is greatly appreciated. Their ideas and opinions are reflected in the Vision text about leadership within oXya Benelux.
