About the Opportunity

An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its friendly and supportive team based in Acle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or CILEX-qualified professional looking to develop their career within a respected private client practice. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload while delivering exceptional client care and building long-term client relationships.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Drafting and advising on Wills
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Estate Administration and Probate matters
• Lifetime and succession planning
• Providing practical, empathetic advice tailored to clients’ individual circumstances
• Meeting clients in the office and conducting home visits where required
• Drafting legal documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Managing files and case records effectively
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to the continued success of the team

About You

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX status
• Previous experience handling Private Client matters, including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Estate Administration
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• The ability to manage your own caseload independently
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• A professional, approachable, and compassionate manner
• A full UK driving licence to facilitate client home visits where required
