Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium aesthetic clinic in Galway. This is a hands-on management role where you will oversee multiple treatment rooms, coordinate a large team of therapists and front-of-house staff, and ensure that every client experience reflects the clinic's reputation for excellence. You will report directly to the founders and play a central role in maintaining operational standards, managing performance, and driving the clinic's success. This role requires someone who can manage a busy schedule, make sound decisions under pressure, and create an environment where both staff and clients thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run day-to-day operations across multiple treatment rooms, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal room utilization
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of 10+ therapists and front-of-house staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment
• Create and manage rosters, allocate treatment rooms, and coordinate daily schedules to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain and enforce client experience standards that align with the clinic's premium positioning and brand values
• Oversee stock control, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely ordering of treatments, products and consumables
• Support compliance with health and safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and clinic policies
• Work collaboratively with the founders on performance metrics, team development initiatives, and strategic improvements
• Handle retail targets, performance conversations and accountability discussions with professionalism and clarity

Experience & Expertise Required:

• Proven clinic management experience in aesthetics, medical or premium beauty environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 10 or more staff members
• Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple treatment rooms and complex schedules
• Experience with stock control, supplier management, and inventory oversight
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance, clinic protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with retail performance targets and client-facing performance metrics
