Your role
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm
- Approach matters from an entrepreneurial perspective
- Provide advice based on thorough risk analysis
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Deliver legal support in commercial and contract law
- Draft and review a wide range of agreements, including sale and purchase agreements, partnership agreements, service contracts, NDAs, general terms and conditions, distribution and franchise agreements, agency agreements, leasing and factoring agreements, maintenance (O&M) and engineering (EPC) contracts, supply and quality agreements, commission structures, and more
- Represent clients confidently in court
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Law with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in commercial and contract law
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset
- Strong team player who strives for excellence
- Positive, hands-on attitude
- Opportunity to get involved in internal initiatives, working groups, or social committees if desired
